Nina is the Director of PaidLeave.AI at Moms First, leading an innovative AI-powered tool that helps parents navigate complex paid family leave benefits across the United States. Previously, she served as Economic Justice Manager at the Equal Justice Initiative, where she worked to expand anti-poverty initiatives across Alabama. She started her career in social sector consulting at FSG and Afton Bloom. Nina earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and her Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and her golden retriever.
