Reshma Saujani

CEO and Founder

Reshma Saujani is a leading activist, the founder and CEO of Moms First, and the host of My So-Called Midlife with Lemonada Media. She is also the founder of Girls Who Code, an international non-profit organization committed to bridging the gender gap in technology.

Reshma has spent more than a decade building movements to fight for women and girls’ economic empowerment. Reshma is also the author of the international bestseller Brave, Not Perfect, and her influential TED talk, “Teach girls, bravery not perfection,” has more than 5 million views globally. She lives in New York City with her husband and two sons.

Molly Day

Chief Operating Officer

Molly Day serves as Chief Operating Officer at Moms First, where she translates vision into strategy in support of moms and families and galvanizes private sector leaders, policymakers, and most importantly, moms around Moms First’s vision. Prior to Moms First, Molly led the campaign Paid Leave for the United States (PL+US), which was focused on passing federal paid family and medical leave, and prior to that, served as Chief Strategy Officer at LIFT, a national nonprofit working to break the cycle of poverty by investing in parents. Molly lives in Brooklyn, NY, with her husband, two kids, and their faithful rescue dog.

Deborah Singer

Chief Marketing Officer

Deborah is the Chief Marketing Officer at Moms First Previously, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Tia, the leading national women’s health company creating a new standard of care for women, and as the Chief Marketing Officer at Girls Who Code, an international non-profit organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in technology. She started her career at Google. Deborah lives in Brooklyn, NY, with her husband, three daughters, and mini goldendoodle.
