Michele Lampach is the Director of Impact at pediatric nutrition company, Bobbie. In this capacity, she heads up give back, policy, non-profit partnerships and consumer/brand impact collaborations. In 2025, Bobbie for Change has 6 marquee non-profit partners, working on pillar issues to evolve society for modern parenthood. Previously, Michele founded, led and scaled a non-profit immigrant rights organization in New York City that sits at the intersection of direct legal representation and community education. Michele is a mother of two, a human rights attorney and brings both of those lenses to her work as an activist, leader and movement builder.
